Published: August 20, 2026 | App: PulseChat

At PulseChat, we are unequivocally committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for all users, with absolute zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that harms, exploits, or endangers children and minors.

This document details our published safety standards, proactive protection measures, reporting mechanisms, and designated contact information in full compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy.

Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy

PulseChat strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child grooming, solicitation of minors, and any non-consensual sexual content or harassment. Any violations result in immediate, permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement agencies.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following activities and content are strictly banned across all areas of PulseChat (including direct messages, group chats, profiles, media attachments, and AI interactions):

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & CSAE: Any creation, upload, possession, transmission, or dissemination of imagery, video, audio, or text depicting or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Child Grooming & Online Enticement: Any attempt to establish an inappropriate relationship with a minor, solicit explicit media from minors, or facilitate underage sexual encounters.
  • Sexualization of Minors: Any content or behavior that sexualizes children or minors in any manner.
  • Cyberbullying, Extortion & Harassment: Any coercive behavior, sextortion, threats, harassment, or physical harm directed towards minors.

2. Safety & Content Moderation Enforcement

To enforce these child safety standards, PulseChat employs multi-layered detection and moderation protocols:

  • Automated Screening & Content Filtering: We utilize automated technical safeguards to detect and block known illegal media, explicit content, and harmful text patterns before distribution.
  • In-App Reporting Features: Users can flag any inappropriate message, user profile, or shared media directly within the application with a single tap.
  • Swift Incident Response: All reports flagged for child safety or CSAM/CSAE receive immediate escalation and manual review by dedicated safety personnel.
  • Enforcement Actions: Account bans, permanent device/IP blocks, deletion of offending content, and preservation of evidence for legal reporting.

3. Cooperation with Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting

In accordance with Federal and International laws (including 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A):

  • PulseChat reports all instances of suspected CSAM, CSAE, or child grooming directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies globally in criminal investigations related to child exploitation.
